Feedback from our customers, and our own Key Performance Indicators, tell us that out of 2534 consignments delivered last month, a massive 97.4% were delivered on time. We will constantly publish these statistics and offer a completely transparent service to our customers.
Whilst we appreciate that nothing is perfect, and any transport company that say they are would not be telling the truth.
