As part of their continuing drive to cut down paperwork and increase efficiency, Wishart International today launched their online pallet ordering system.
Customers can now detail their requirements online, receive a quote, place their order and pay without producing a scrap of paper. Orders are instantly sent to Wishart's customer service department for processing.
Joint Managing Director Kevin Huskie said, "One of the innovative features of the new service is the feedback. We are constantly striving to improve the service we give to our customers so after every job we email the customer to check that the service they received was satisfactory and ask them how we can improve."
"As far as I know, no other transport company does this."
